im looking for a good download mannager (FREE) mainly becaue im trying to download windows xp service pack 2 and it will take me about 48 hours to download and everytime it seems to disconnect when im almost finished. so i need a dl mannager so i can pick up where i left off if it happens again. also i am looking for a good program like windows washer or something that erases all tracks on your comp. (free again) mainly because of spyware problems and some viruses are hidden in those directories that the track erasing programs get.

For the download manager I just use mozilla for a web browser and that came built in with a DL manager. as for the spyware crap use something like ad-aware and X-cleaner.

Spy-bot search and destroy is another good program like adaware.
