Sharp has turned into shit. We've got a Sharp 46D64U 1080p lcd and a LG 720p Plasma. Picture is way better on the LG.
We also bought a Sharp BD-HP21U Blu ray player on boxing day ( think black friday, but right after Christmas) did a firmaware update on it, and still can't watch some movies that were released in November. Wall-E and Prince Caspian are two of the ones not playable until another firmware update, which people have been waiting 2 months for.

If I had known this shit I would have spent the $20 more and gotten the Samsung, and ended up being able to watch all my movies and had BD-live.

Gotta love the playstation. But I thought the BD movies add the firmware on them, I cant remember, but Im sure my coming to america did.

Btw costco just gave me store credit,so i will be able to replace that tv for about 550 dollars less.
