Why is the account not banned?
I cannot believe this actually suprises any of you. He has been scamming RL people and credit companies for years. It was only a matter of time.

if you sent him paypal and he did not accept you can cancel payment but if he did you can still get your money back either go to bank and tell them thats not you did not make that payment ...or you could go threw paypal ...i had to do the bank cancel i few times with bad ebay member

HA! 2 months and no ban. Looks like this new group of mods is really on the ball. lol $450 is a lot of dough.

First off, nobody contacted the forum staff about this, so far as I know. First Ive heard of this transaction myself. And, stepping in the middle of personal transactions here to render a judgment is no easy task, and we usually leave it up to the members themselves to use the proper authorities to handle an illegal transaction. We dont want scammers here, and so far as I understand it, confirmed scammers will be banned. But this is certainly no cut and dry situation, even though you want to pass it off as one, simply because you like causing trouble.

You and I generally get along well, Iv learned to accept your... raw.. sense of humor. But me understanding that is how you act is a far cry from taking you as any authority on morals and ethics. Since we are being brutally honest here.
