the thing on top was probably a strap and the connectors are twist.. you twist them open slide in the wire Pos-pos neg-neg and twist them down tightly to lock em in

Where do i put the wire in at?

The hole you can see through? Or the end of the twist thing?

one of my rockford fosgate fuse holders uses something just like that. It's a clamp to hold it down. Just pops in and out

this.. after you loosen them you should start to see a hole.. stick the wire in the hole and twist it shut

i would solder the speaker wires before putting it in the terminal and twisting it or use some kind of crimp

That black plastic thing on top is most likely a flashlight holder. Nothing to do with the systems instilation. The other thing is a terminal cup. The black terminal is for the negative and the red one is for your positive.
