I would just say tell your brother to FLIP THE **** OUT and get swapped blocks, somehow, without furthering his sentence. Mental ward, something, just get it changed. There are ways around it.

Outside of that, there's not much you can do. Take teh records from yoru bank as well as a recorded phonecall from the individual and present it to the Capt or whoever is over the jail. It should get dealt with, and if not then tell your brother to make something happen to change, if he's mentally capable

Did you write about somethin like this before? I remember readen the exact same thing before but can't remember if it was you or not. It's buggen me out a little, it feels like that....Deja vu thing or whatever they call it lol.
Sorry to hear about what's goin on with your family bro. Get a recorder for your phone. Get him on tape extorting your mom for money, and threatening your mom about your brother. Get receipts or a paper slip with all the deposits she made into that guys account. Have your public defender get copies of his med chart for reference of his meds, how many times he was sent to the infirmary, how many times he was hurt, etc. Start getting everything together to build up a case against him, more or less it might come down to a, he said, she said thing, and he's gonna lie about everything. With this other stuff you have the proof you need to fight it. This stuff could also help you with your case of trying to get your brother into a mental facility. Some of this stuff you or your mom can do, the med charts I think the public defender has to do. They sell recorders online that activate as soon as you pick up the receiver.

He's gonna continue to do it cause he knows he's gonna get away with it and your mom isn't gonna do anything about it. He's preying on her fears. Try to sit her down and get her to listen. If she tries to act like she doesn't wanna hear it or she can't do anything about it. Try to flip the script on her, like your the adult and your trying to seriously explain something to her.

EX: Kinda like when you were young, she sat you down, and calmly explained something to you but made you understand. All while calmly talking to you and making you feel like your not alone in this, and she would be there to help you with it all the way through.

sorry sir but that is wrong. my brother works for a county jail. theres a guy i met whos in there and he is in for 9 years for having the biggest meth lab in that county. he has 7 left. and a bunch of feds are in different jails to keep them seperated. they are in the same cell blocks though. they arrange them in the cell according to what they are charged with, eg: feds, rapists and child malestors(sp?), drugs ect.

i donno man, just call the jail, its not like this guy is any of the guards friend. they arnt buddy buddy with them. just call the **** jail and as records/video will show your mom has deposited money for him and he may be thrown into what they call "the hole" 4 walls, one 6"X2' slab of wired glass with a shutter on it which is always closed unless they are checking on them and a small thin *** mat to sleep on.

its a shame that you guys have to go thru this over some cod knocker trying to play tough guy with a mental guy (no offence man) but theres only so many guards and they do not allow this stuff. hope i helped.
