i dont know. i dont even know how it works. im the only male in my family who hasnt ever been to jail. my dad, uncle, and brother all have been many times. im the only one who has it together at this point it seems like

the only way to solve this, is prison break style. get yourself thrown in county, then make friends with all the right people, use this to your advantage, and break the two of you out after u kill his roomate...

its the only reasonable solution IMO

D@mn George, I'm sorry man. If he's in county, changing cells wont do any good because everybody is basically in a large public are with individual cells. So unless he changes to a different block he'd still have contact with the same people. I'm sure the jail will move him a different block if they here whats going on. You can also have hid lawyer request to have him moved.Assuming he has one.

Edit: You can spend up to one year in county.

he has a "public defender". we'll see what happens, i need to get some clarity on the whole situation as of right now. im too pissed to really even think straight right now. he is currently in jail for "kidnapping and robbery", which wasnt even the case. it was a BIG stretch by my mother and the police to try to get him into jail in the first place and seek court ordered mental help because she couldnt force him into it without some kind of authority.

as you can see, it back fired pretty bad.

ok im gonna try to make this as short as i can.
i have a schizo brother (literally) who is in jail. he is pretty cooky and thats why he always ends up in jail. supposedly he take medication that they give him there but thats not the point of this. just recently they gave him a plastic comb (you know, the standard black ones) and he ended up breaking off a bristle, and piercing his eyebrow with it, and then going to sleep with it in his eyebrow...so yea he's pretty cooky (im not gonna go into all the stories)

but anyways, heres the deal. his cell mate whoops his ***, and tells him to tell my mom to put money into his account, and if not he will beat his *** again. so my mother has been depositing money into this guys account. but last night, it pretty much erupted. my mother had gone to the jail to deposit money into this guys account, unbeknownst to me. when she got home she had gotten a call and actually spoke to this guy. i evesdropped and i heard her saying "i couldnt deposit anymore, they said you're past your limit. you had $192, i would only put in 8 dollars" so as im sure you guys would too, i just went berzerk in my head //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/verymad.gif.3f39c5c2fd57527b671fad3efdfac756.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif. i didnt hardly sleep last night and my mind has been running wild about this and how i wish i could get my ****ing hands on this ****er.

Sorry to hear about what's goin on with your family bro. Get a recorder for your phone. Get him on tape extorting your mom for money, and threatening your mom about your brother. Get receipts or a paper slip with all the deposits she made into that guys account. Have your public defender get copies of his med chart for reference of his meds, how many times he was sent to the infirmary, how many times he was hurt, etc. Start getting everything together to build up a case against him, more or less it might come down to a, he said, she said thing, and he's gonna lie about everything. With this other stuff you have the proof you need to fight it. This stuff could also help you with your case of trying to get your brother into a mental facility. Some of this stuff you or your mom can do, the med charts I think the public defender has to do. They sell recorders online that activate as soon as you pick up the receiver.
