ok im gonna try to make this as short as i can.

i have a schizo brother (literally) who is in jail. he is pretty cooky and thats why he always ends up in jail. supposedly he take medication that they give him there but thats not the point of this. just recently they gave him a plastic comb (you know, the standard black ones) and he ended up breaking off a bristle, and piercing his eyebrow with it, and then going to sleep with it in his eyebrow...so yea he's pretty cooky (im not gonna go into all the stories)

but anyways, heres the deal. his cell mate whoops his ***, and tells him to tell my mom to put money into his account, and if not he will beat his *** again. so my mother has been depositing money into this guys account. but last night, it pretty much erupted. my mother had gone to the jail to deposit money into this guys account, unbeknownst to me. when she got home she had gotten a call and actually spoke to this guy. i evesdropped and i heard her saying "i couldnt deposit anymore, they said you're past your limit. you had $192, i would only put in 8 dollars" so as im sure you guys would too, i just went berzerk in my head //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/verymad.gif.3f39c5c2fd57527b671fad3efdfac756.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif. i didnt hardly sleep last night and my mind has been running wild about this and how i wish i could get my ****ing hands on this ****er.

can you not tell the prison gaurds or something? i mean, i would hate to sound like a snitch or anything, but you cant just let this guy bully your brother and mother like that...

i dont know if that would make things worse or better, but obviously your brother cant defend himself from this guy, and the guy is clearly taking advantage... doesnt sound like there is much else you can do.

i have planned to talk to my mother tonight about the situation and seeing what is going on (as far as what has been done). i would hope she already tried that...if not i will be very disappointed. this guy is basically extorting my whole family.

tell my brother to fight back? he's a schizophrenic, nothing makes sense to him. he doesnt know why shits happening to him, or what to do. plus, he looks like a crackhead (all skinny and cooky). he doesnt eat, brush his teeth, nothing. he is basically rotting away.

He can use the money in commissary. You can buy food, toiletries, paper, pencils, limited types of clothing, decks of cards, etc. I was in jail in 99, and commissary was your life, basically.

I mean I know it doesn't really deal with his phisical abilities and he could quite possibly be a really smart guy, but his thinking is "impaired" ...

Plus I bet this guy is a big strong guy..
