So what do you think of this setup?

This would be in an 06 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution. Thinking of doing Rainbow SLC 6.5 comps in front, 2 CDT M6 mid/sub drivers in my rear deck where my factory speakers are (deadened rear deck, of course), run off of a JL Audio 450/4 with the 2 150w channels powering the CDT's and the 2 75w channels covering the Rainbows. What do you think? Haven't had much experience with CDT's, but they get glowing reviews, and my girlfriend has the Germaniums, so Rainbow has definitely got my vote. I really don't want a box and everything, just something akin to an upgraded factory setup, hence the CDT's. So, let me know what you think!

Id go with either Tang Bang or AA for the mid/sub and I would def. do 2 amplifiers unless your one of those people concerned about a few additional lbs of weight

I've been reading a lot of recommendations for the Tang Band. Would the W6 work well? They're surprisingly cheap, like 50 bucks a woofer. This would surpass the CDT's? Also, they're rated at 70rms. Is this ok to use infinite baffle, could they take more, or need less, etc. Sell me on these.

The tang band woofers are good woofers, but the CDT M6 seems to dig a bit lower in freq from what I have heard.

Is this in the back of a hatchback? If so, just putting subs in your rear speaker locations is going to sound like complete and utter arse.

If it is a trunk car, you are going to seriously have to seal off the trunk from the cabin which is fine, but are you really limited to a 6" driver? If you can go a little larger you could really improve your bass response while still using the back half of the 450/4 on the sub portion.
