I'm not talking about the mbps rating, I'm talking about what Comcast deems "heavy users" people who use lots of bandwidth that hit the cap and have their service turned off. Plus lets not even get into Comcast's packet and bandwidth filtering.
I'm not stealing from my neighbors. I don't use their service to surf the net. I do have my own service for that. However, I am required to see individual configurations on the node. I have to monitor noise levels coming from each modem in my network. That is what I was on their network for.if comcast wants you monitor nodes when not at work why dont they give you free service so you dont have to steal your neighbors?
if you would have made that clear in the OP then bambi wouldn't have went offI'm not stealing from my neighbors. I don't use their service to surf the net. I do have my own service for that. because you just made clear what you were doingIt may be simple in your eyes, but you are still wrong.
Haha, this guy calls me clueless yet didn't even bother to read his lease. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gifI need sleep, good night you clueless thief.
you dont have to read the lease, its your house. you live their. i do belive you need a bit of reading sir.Merely telling me that I need to research isnt going to make your statement right. Read any lease and tell me where you see that the landlord is going to ask you permission to enter your property. If they state it at all it would read "We reserve the right to enter and/or inspect any property on our premises". Comcast has to abide by these rights too. That's why they limit certain types of installs on rented properties. You really need to read more.
Thanks for that.he was correct on the rental thing, a landlord does need to inform you they will be entering your rental before they do so
