i would try to look at places like http://www.sounddomain.com and such, price check with them for some different stuff you see and get it, they are authorized

got my clarion for 600$ and they usually sell it for 800, getting my a3000 from them 90$ off and some other stuff, great support

do you want spl or sq or what? you will deff have the best system at school, be carful about thieves, alot people dont know that i even have a system and i plan to leave it like that, i will just listen to people talk about how they are getting 2 sony's for 100$ apiece and getting a box from CC or something i just laugh to myself, but a good bit of people know that i could kill every system in my school i know i could with my XXX and the MT will murder everything

tweeter seems kind of expensive, this kid at my gf's work just got a system all done up for him from them. for $1700 he got 3 jl15w0's, a directed 1100d amp, a sealed box, and an alpine head unit

wow, what an assholeish thing to say. sounds like you gots your self a good system in the plan, but before you purchas anything from tweeter look into some of the other brands and places mentioned. like RE http://www.reaudio.com i have a stereo intgrity mag 2 waiting to be installed so i cant give an actual review but from what i have read it sounds like i made a good purchase. http://www.stereointgrity.com

You're not marrying this audio gear. Buy it and try it. If you don't like it, sell it, and buy different stuff.

Just decide on an initial system and put it in. You can do it in phases too, to alleviate(sp) the $$ pains.
