our taxes will pay for him to get a lawyer and manage to get into a minimum security jail. He will likely get messed with very little if he doesnt open his mouth.

Alcohol is better than pot, its just reckless assholes that ruin that for everyone.. and of coarse its some 21 year old, immature bastard who things he's invincable.. hell im 17 and dont even consider driving drunk, $10 cab ride beats murdering a pregnant womens husband, im sure our friend has learned that though.

Nah, I don't think the judge will have much lienency (sp) against him considering the article said he had been in trouble for driving while intoxicated before.

no no no, im saying the guy who commited the manslaughter was at bbb543's party, connected with him somehow. and im just saying he was just playing cool from the way he was talking. if that was me i would be in so much guilt, saddness, ect....if he did what the cops told him to do, lock up the gates and what not, he has no problem. but still doesnt take away the guilt and concern knowing that he was connected with this inncident.

First post, new member... I am currently taking intro to criminal justice and we had a recent discussion that was very similar to this. My professor is a retired police officer. He said that whomever bought the alcohol is completely accountable for anything that happens due to intoxication by that alcohol. At least in the case of parents buying it for minors. The fact that he was 21 might make a small difference, but i'll have to check on that. I'll ask my professor tomorrow and see what he says.

Sorry too man...i always hated waiting for the police to knock on my door...worst feeling ever...
