Actually, it has the same number of FETs as an SAZ-1500D -- except "flipped." Using eight TO-247 case in the output stage (1500D uses eight TO-247 in the power supply) and sixteen TO-220 case in the power supply (1500D uses sixteen TO-220 in the output stage).

Seems strange to use so few... but people say they work fine, I haven't had my hands on one personally yet either.
