What the hell is wrong with paypal? Its obvious the buyer is scamming the seller. How can they not see this?

Paypal would be more useful if their corporate building and servers were all burned to the ground.

You got screwed. I hope you didn't leave the money in your paypal account. If you don't have anything in there just don't use paypal anymore I guess.
