so im think i blew my amp

Got a jbl 300.1, stopped working all of a sudden, power coming in to sub is good (measured it) and remote line is fine. No lights at all when connected or when car is running. Is the amp gone or is it possible i blew a fuse in the car? man this sucks..

Gee, here's a bright idea:

Check your fuses.

Check the fuse(s) on your amp. Check the fuse(s) in your fuse holder/distrobution block.

just replace all your fuses, the ANL and AGU fuses, you cnat tell if they're blown sometimes and they'll look good and be giving you a 6 volt drop in current.

Ummmm Current = amps.... Voltage = Volts AC or DC.... seriously...

Check all your fuses, the inline one on the power wire and the one(s) on the fuse block... while I don't agree with what he said, he's kinda right in that fuses can be bad and you won't be able to see it.

They should be located on the fuse that is on the main power from the battery.
