Originally the big girl was supposed to come down but she backed out at the last minute. Another girl came down instead that has a boyfriend who lives down here.

All the more reason that the big girl owes you now lol. Send her an email and tell her you went to jail b/c of her and the lack of big-girl laidedness.

I am fortunate enough to be able to do whatever I want and still maintain excellent grades in school. But this arrest may hurt my future if I can't get any of it dropped.

Thats why I am throwing drinking out the window for good now. Or at least until football game days this fall and then I have to limit myself.

Why would something like this hurt your future? Perhaps I missed it but what are the charges against you?

at worst a fine and some commuinity service, companies only look for felonies. My brother had 4 consumption under the age of 21 and he had a 500 dollar fine and had to write an essay each time on why he should not drink.

I spent a night in the drunk tank for something similar to this back in 2000 at the Mini truckin nationals in Gatlinburg, TN. Nothing sucks like going to jail when your on vacation.

Gatlinburg has some tough laws. I used to get tickets for driving up and down the street too many times in one night. On another note, there are two weeks designated a year that you're allowed to hunt black bear anywhere in Gatlinburg.

Yea I know I think thats why they canceled mini trucking there, I used to go every year. I am from Chattanooga so I have been to Gatlinburg about a thousand times. Once you move away from East TN. you will realise how beautiful and awesome it really is to live there.
