They've NEVER left me a note, they just always come back the next business day. Some things have required signatures, apparently your package is one of them.

Normally they would deliver it the next day but, that looks like a problem with the name so, i would call ups..

you can goto the ups depot when the truck goes back (usually around 7pm) and pick it up yourself

thats what i do when i miss a ups dropoff...

they take your package to the warehouse of abandoned packages.

usually never to be seen again.

sometimes they have auctions for unopened packages. everyone gathers in a room, bring up a box and everyone bids on it. highest bidder gets it..but no one knows whats inside until they open..

i got a midget once.

also if you live in a small town you can usually find the ups truck and flag him down ...

that actually happend to me onetime, i saw the truck parked at a taco-bell, showed him my I.D. and told him i missed the dropoff (this was comming back from the ups depot, but before the truck had called it quits for the night)

the guy was real nice and let me have my package
