so I started my four RE MX 12's build today (pix)

Get the wire out of the port! Cut a whole in the side of the box and then just coak it or something. Looks really frickin' good man. It's gonna sound incredible! Why don't you carpet it, make it look a bit cleaner?

ok here is the deal, like I said I had NO time to completely finish this, I've put 9 hours into it already over the past 4 days... Saturday and Sunday I may get something done.

to UFVJ, I have two 2500d's in there, I'd say they arent starving for much.

I have two terminals i'm putting in the box at some point to clean up the wiring in the ports.

That will help that.

I am going to get a dark colored textured spray paint to make the box look black/gray'ish.

Cut a brother some slack LOL

i've built quite a bit, why do you ask?

If its to say the one you see sucks, well thats your opinion...

if you like it, well thats your opinion lol

Box looks solid. I would have put a few strap braces across the bottom panel though as it's pretty large and will probably flex some which you won't be able to see, but could hurt output.

FYI on Gorilla glue. I recently tore apart an 18cube box that was 1 1/2" thick walls, braced like crazy, etc... I used PLENTY of glue, but when I tore the box apart it only stuck in random places, and not very many at that. Seems like the screws/caulk held it together. I had also read that test, so figured tearing this box apart would let me see first hand how it did, and it SUCKED!!!!

I'm sure your box will be fine though, as mine never had any issues.

yeah i'll try a diff glue next time.

it has enough screws in it to make up for the gorilla glue being "that bad" which it probably isnt... im sure it holds just fine.

I can probably throw a brace across the entire bottom, but I'll see what it looks like when I'm beating on them...

Did you use winodw movie maker to rip your video off the camera?

I was just wondering, the box is fine, but with a router & resin, you could have done a better job, it's solid work for your tools.

How long are the aero ports btw?

Screws only help to hold the wood while the glue dries //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

I dont have any videos yet. I've never made a video from my camera to the computer.

The box is far from done, so any ideas will be entertained //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Aero's are 10" right now, soon to be 11.5 or so.
