Get a clear shot of the 3 connections at the bottom.

One is common (ground)... can't remember the other two's labeling.

I'm to lazy to look but AC 200 is what I believe you want on the dial, I bought an auto range one so I only kinda remember when reading on this forum in the Gain sticky.

I think one is for a lower range and fused and the other is a higher range and unfused? Or something like that? I am probably better off not answering but I figure I might try to help, I am a noob too. lol

bottom is Neg (black)

Mid is pos (red)

Set to AC scale 20-200vac

Connect the black lead to the bottom one, and red lead to the middle connection. Top one is for 10A DC only.

Shoot, I have no clue since I'm fairly new to this tuning stuff, I know I read a suggestion where it said to use 50hz for Subs in general but maybe someone else can chime or point you in the right direction.

50 or 60hz is generally used because its right in the middle of the common "sub" range. Too low and you could be running into the SSF, and too high and the LPF could effect the voltage readings.
