same type of thing happened to me....sorta......

food fight got started my senior year in caf and I yelled out FOOD FIGHT! and the school officer wants to press 3 charges on my, one being insighting a riot.....

and last year someone burns down the highschool, they finally figure out who it was, and wont press charges bc it was done as a prank

Looks like the killjoys are winning the day. Back in the late Sixties, there was a movie called "Wild In The Streets", where the young President made everyone stoned on LSD. That would be an improvement over the current state of affairs...LOL!

For the OP, take it to trial and tell your story to the jury. Hopefully the jury will be like the ones where I live and use their common sense.

I must be getting OLD also,.....I guess that's the other reason to celebrate memorial day.... OUR FALLEN TROOPS --first....... then , memories.............when I graduated,I bought the best 8 track I could {Clarion's latest and heard my first Clarion EQ-B100 - 5 band under-dash 30 watts rms x 4.That made the old 30 rms co/ax 6.5 and 6x9 {Jensen's}get really loud...anyone remember those days??Earth Wind and Fire,KC and the Sunshine Band...Happy Memorial Day ...forum..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My best friend graduated yesterday, and I had made a promise I'd holler/yell for him since he did the same for me 2 years ago. My graduation was on our school's football field. After our class, every county school had to have their graduation at the local coliseum. They got real strict, and didn't allow any clapping, yelling, or anything of that nature until all students had received their diplomas.
Well my room mates brother was graduating along with my best friend. My room mate and his cousin yelled for his brother and then the Sheriff just told them they had to leave. I was glad to see we couldn't get in trouble and I knew I was going to raise hell for my friend Corey.

Finally Corey's row stands up, and he looks at me, smiles and points. I return the favor and prepare. After Corey's name is called I stand up, cup my hands over my mouth, and yell at the top of my voice "THATS MY BOY COREY! WOOOOOOOOOOO! YEAH!" and skip down the stairs towards the exit. Everyone was laughing. Then one of our county school cops tells me to put my hands behind my back and handcuffs me! I couldn't believe it. He told me he was going to make an example out of me. Everyone saw it, thank god.

The cop pushed me around til we got outside and told me he has going to have to take me to jail for disorderly conduct. I was in disbelief. My friend's drove by and I mouthed to him to take a picture, but he didn't understand me. The cop radioed for another one, and THANK GOD I knew the second cop. He told the first one to unhandcuff me and he would take care of it.

I didn't get taken to jail, but he still had to file a report. It is up to the principal whether or not to file charges against me now. I have to call the cop I know back Tuesday to find out.. Maximum fine is $500..

What a load of crap.

While the cop has threatening me outside, they also had to escort an OLD BLACK MAN WITH A CANE! outside for being loud. I wish that man woulda beat the cop with the cane.

Was it worth it?
