Question about old gas. Need help.

What car?

In the past I have just used the intank pump to pump it out, Disconect at the carb and run it out.

Disconnect after the pump and run it out.

Just fill it with good gas to dilute it.

personally i would actually remove and replace the gas. of course gas loses it's combustible properties over time so i really dont know what kind of abuse your internals and fuel pump would be subjected to attempting to move and ignite the now not so volitile gas.

just my 2 cents

Siphon it out and sell it on Ebay as 'classic fuel' that was less than $2/gallon. You'll probably make enough to retire off of. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

Siphoning it out is your best bet. After 2 years I don't think I would trust it to run through the fuel system. Have you already done an oil change on the car? If not, I'd suggest doing that also before you crank it again....

My Miata sat up for nearly a year the old gas was weak I;ve been driving with fresh gas and it run fine...My van still has over half a tank of the original gas from 2 years ago...I'm hoping someone siphons it out trying to steal it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
