Haha... yeah, raise hell about the Miranda in court... see how far that gets ya. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
Seriously, as has been mentioned above, Mirandizing someone only is necessary if they're being questioned in connection with a crime. They can arrest you, charge you, release you, and if they don't question you about the crime itself, it doesn't matter.
Think about the purpose of the Miranda warning... to give people the knowledge that they aren't REQUIRED to answer questions about a crime. To let people know they can have a lawyer present to advise them on making decisions such as which questions to answer, etc. If they didn't question you in any way, you didn't need a lawyer, did you?
Anyways... good luck. If they witnessed your 'reckless driving' and subsequently arrested and ticketed you, you're not likely to get off, IMO. The judge will take the officer's word over your 99 times out of 100, and on the 100th time, he'll err on the side of just letting you pay fines and court costs, essentially allowing you to keep it off your record. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
Good luck, man.
Next time, drive more safely. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
