Miranda right are CRAP! They are required to say them to you ONLY if they ask you questions. They can just say, "We didnt ask him anything."

You should absolutely show up in court and raise complete hell with this Miranda rights angle. I am sure you will get off the hook. The judge will probably end up throwing the cop in jail and thanking you for bringing this to the court's attention.
