so i finished the box for my 9512g today....

It be perfect for your sub...hopefully you've got some electrical mods to go with it.

i dont as of yet but i definately plan on it, it was on my to do list with my 20.1, but the amp never really got hot, and i always kept an eye on the voltage so i wasnt to worried about it, but big 3 and new batts are definately on the way...

i almost shat my pants.thanks //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

lol.
hey, you should try selling on ROE. i sold my 20.1 over there for a little over $400 IIRC.

hell even termpro.

dont know if you only listed it on this site, but just try to put it out there.
well i never go over there, and i dont know any of the names over there of ppl i could/couldnt trust...ill prob give it a couple more days and see what happens

The only thing I would change is the baffle. It should be mounted to the very top edge of all the pieces on the box, as in lay it on top of box and screw it down. On 2 sides you cross drill/screw into it. From a stress standpoint, that design is weaker, it transfers much of the weight directly through screws. If the baffle sits on top of all 4 walls, it transfers weight evenly and straight down through the 'leg' walls, to the floor. It is also probably the reson for your leakage problems... not to mention makes it obvious you only did a single wall baffle. tsk tsk //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif Screw another baffle board to the top of that (with the speaker cutouts obviously) and I think you'll be golden. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

^^^It's a good idea. I had to double baffle and sit the double baffle on top of the four sides for my DD 9917 in order for it to support the weight.
