And I have been looking into getting some subs now that I have a car again. Right now I'm looking at two kicker 12s in box, with that I know I need an amp so I have been looking into possibly a 1000w high rms amp, but again, brand wise I have no clue what the difference is, just looking for some input from someone who actually knows something about this type of thing //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Well, I got a 98 integra gsr, the subs online were for 299, I don't remember what the amps were going for, but I still need a new deck, and I feel like once I have a system, a new battery //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I had a teg I used to drive around daily...nice car over all... It was a bit "thrown together..." but it worked good.

This is what I did with it for a simple system. Worked great overall.

I think I still have the trim plate and such sitting around..lol

So right now all you want is a:

Headunit

Subwoofer

sub stage amp

Correct?

So, 800$ is too much. What do you want to spend, no one can really help you unless they know how much you want to spend.

The Diamond Audio 1000.1 and the AQ 1200d would be great amps that can do 1000w + and are both around 300$ which is a good price for a solid 1000w amp.

Sundown and Incriminator Audio make nice subs. The Alpine Type R is a decent inexpensive sub that can get loud.

What kind of subs/amp is that? Did you make the box/enclosure?

New agm deep cycle Battery and The big three, The Hi Fonics Brutus amps appear to have many fans and you can get one for under $200.00 (1700 watt rms, 1 ohm stable) Class D.
