So how long does DC take to get my alternator?

Man, I think Rob had some personal problems a couple of months back. He posted it on his forum section on SMD. I can understand how people may want their alternators but I mean to get it built for your car, it takes time just like custom built subs from Fi. He tries to get stuff out as fas as possible. Hell read a thread over on SMD. One of the guys got an extra alternator free of charge from a reason that wasn't even Rob's fault. He just wanted the customer happy. But yeah, I do agree that he needs more helping hands. His main OEM stuff is pretty crazy as he has told me before. I would rather have to wait then have to do with lesser performance. I don't even know how he can make money off his alternators from all the 2nd day air mails I have seen him sent out across the country. lol.

But some of you guys needs to post on his forum section on SMD. His phone is having some problems. I call him and he doesn't get rings on his end but he can receive my emails when I send it right after the call. Its weird, he said its been happening to a lot of people.

We have had a few delays on some really custom work, but our workflow has been pretty steady in getting out in 1-2 business days for the most part.. I honestly havent been on here in at least 2 months, and if someone hadnt brought this thread to my attention I would have missed it.. I will be honest though in saying that getting ahold of me can be difficult, especially the last 8 weeks or so. With as busy as we've been, I am ALWAYS on the phone, like today, I was on the phone for 6 hours total today, most of which was while I was putting 300 miles on my truck.

got my alternator, last friday. just had it installed couple days ago. made a big difference, i was getting dims on vol 20-25 now i get no dims on that vol range. will try on full tilt later. thanks rob.
