So how long does DC take to get my alternator?

its well worth the wait i just got mine friday i waited about a month i talked to him couple times and he even sent it over night from cali to nc jus call his cell he will do u right

it's probably worth the wait. my stock alternator died out on me and my current amp from ebay doesn't even do rated power. im tire of wasting money on things that won't work well, hopefully DC Power's alternator will fix all that.

Once you get that box and put it on, you'll almost forget about the wait. The DC name is a good one, but he needs to maybe get a guy dedicated to the car audio side of things. Like maybe have a guy handle his overflow. It can't be that many guys buying alts a day for cars. The wait time maybe makes it seem like it.

yea i've heard a lot about DC, did a lot of looking and research on this forum. went with the dc after talking to both mechman and rob, decided that the dc had better output and rob was cool when talking w him. i'm sure it'll be worth the wait, was kinda worried about he didn't reply but you guys said it's normal.

wait wasn't really the big problem, it was him not replying back after 3-4 messages plus contacting cs on the website.

yea u can get them power coated but then ur gonna have to wait even more thats why mine took so long.. and he told me that the had some kind of raffle at smd and they are really busy because of that but there good ppl and good customer service

I waited almost 6 weeks for mine. I can say that it is a GREAT alt. If he could fix that part of the business, he would rule the alt market. Even though I waited a long *** time, I would deal with him again though, but under better terms. I would rather put like a deposit down on it and when it is done and ready to ship, pay the rest. I had 539 tied up into mine and nothing to show for it other than some good CS. I think this is more of a side hustle for Robbie. He was doing a large military order when I ordered mine a few months ago.

Been about 5 months since I had got any of my stuff. But building 16v GM case alts for a small block ford isnt easy.
