How cold is it there at night? 65-70 is cold for a snake. It will still go to the heating blanket to stay wartmer than that, especially overnight if it gets colder. If it gets a lot colder, that snake will abandon ship or die. If you ran your heater, it could be in your vents or next to your heater core. If the motor is warm, it would probably try to curl up near it. You will have much better luck with the heating blanket than you will with food. Snakes can go a LONG time without eating, but will not survive if they get too cold.

tonight is gonna be ~50 for the low and my car is in the garage (dad doesnt want any1 jacking my subs) the last time the engine ran was prolly 5-6 o'clock for about 5mins (running heater) last nite was prolly in the low 50s high 40s and my car was outside so it was very cold, maybe he jumped ship then I HOPE! but really putting that heating blanket inside will work ya think? wudnt he just get out once it warms back up 2morro?

where else in the car could be a warm spot? i doubt the dash would get very warm, engine hasnt run in 2hrs, nothing.

half gallon milk jug.

put mouse in and poked a bunch of holes (small). taped it to a part in the car on floor and took off the top, the snake can get in, but no way he can get out on a full stomach
