he hasnt done anything illegal yet (that i can tell), but he has threatened to do illegal things... such as give out SSN's, birthday's, etc... all of which are protected under the privacy act of 1974, and could lead to him being prosecuted.... which i pointed out to him, and he quickly deleted said thread

i dont think he really does.... pretty sure he was just talking ish.... i just had to make it very clear to him, that if he did, and he shared them.... he'd be liable, and prosecuted.
