Smallest Enclosure needed for this sub

like, get some example pics of enclosures mounted in trucks, then ill try to make my own box with my own dimensions..

My only problem is im working with a small area,

Can the Sub be put straight in, instead of at a diagonal like most truck enclosures.

If it fits, sure can

So if the mounting depth is 4.5" the depth of the box can be like 4.7, and just go high on height and width?

^Yep, make sure to account for material thickness though (usually .75" if you use the standard .75" MDF)..

Does it matter if i carpet the box.. Its going to be hidden so i dont care, but i will paint it black or something
