Smaller components for rear deck?

Got myself a 2010 Cobalt and the speaker size is:

Front: 5 1/4 or 6 1/2

Rear: 5 1/4

Getting the Alpine Type R Components (SPR-13s/SPR-17s)

Would it be best to get 2 pair of the 5 1/4, or put the 6 1/2's in the front.
