i got scammed. im almost positive, i havent received any word from him since last monday and i dont have my package that was supposed to be here last wendsday. is there anything i can do about this??? how can i get ahold of someone to help me with my problem here i would like to take him to small claims court if possible.. i still have all the private messages he sent me along with his name and address. i sent him my xbox and 200$ by money order and my tracking # says it was delived last monday. he was supposed to send me a 24 in monitor but he didnt and the tracking # he gave me dosent work, go figure. im in iowa and my xbox and 200$ is in new mexico
im 16 and every dollar counts for me when im trying to make payments on my car and insurance along with buying gas.
