small box. matters? greatly?

well i made a box for my friend because his trunk is to small to hold a 15xxx. i totally came up with calculations from the a$$ and im jus wondering how it iwill sound. he comes by tonight. maybe 1 in a 10000000 chance it wont sound to horrible.

I need help figuring out what its tuned to

its 31x19x12. port width is 2.25 and port height is 17.5 and port length is 6.

please tell me this wont sound like complete *** because hes really dissapointed that the other ported box coudlnt fit in his vehicle and that the sealed box isnt loud and sounds not so good.

help me with how to make this box better and what the tuning of it now is.

Tuned WAY to low, comming in at about ~21Hz. You should have built a sealed enclosure that that beast, it will get loud as hell in a sealed, it will sound much better than in the current box you made. Start over.

I use the box cacluator on 12volt and got 21... But now that I think about it, its tiny so should be high... My bad Mac

Edit- Nevermind.. I was using the round port calc //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

But I still got 3.13 for the internal volume before port displacement.
