Looking to run my tweeters with more power. They are JBL GTO18T. Looking for a small 2 channel amp that I will put under my sub box. Need it to be under 12in wide by 12in long.
If it is on amazon my budget can increase to $75. Not looking for something super super impressive
How much are they getting now and what makes you think it's not enough?Looking to run my tweeters with more power. They are JBL GTO18T. Looking for a small 2 channel amp that I will put under my sub box. Need it to be under 12in wide by 12in long.

Still 330x2 at 2 ohms. Also not small amps, 14 x 10.It was supposed to be the Optihd 3502, under the "700w" tab in the options, but the Amazon link went to the original 5002 link instead.
Heres the 3502 link

X2, I picked one up off amazon for under $60 one day shipped to run my new IA 6.5" comps on, and it was defiantly a good choice. Does rated power and sounds nice and clean.Lanzar OPTIHC3502 2 Channel

I have the optihc5002 and noticed that on my mids the sound was lacking in the lower end. Switched it to my tweeters and they sounded night and day. Was curious if you noticed anything similar?X2, I picked one up off amazon for under $60 one day shipped to run my new IA 6.5" comps on, and it was defiantly a good choice. Another good choice would be a Cadence xah125.2, but I like the Opti better. BTW, you don't HAVE to set the gain for full rms. Set them for whatever the hell power you want to give the tweets and ride out. I have my Opti set for 80w rms, but I still have plenty left in the future if I need it.

I was running it full and using my Alpine 9855 to HP at 100/18db slope. It was forceful but missing something. I just got a RF 500-2 at the pawn shop . installed it yesterday and tuned it today. Sounds so much better but doesn't have the same impact. I like when people say a watt is a watt. I have had three different amps to these mids this week and each one has there own sound to it.. I wish it was a watt is watt, would make my life easier //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifNo I haven't had any issues, and I have my hpf at around 80hz. I changed my comps out at the same time from the so that could be some of it. I was running a Cadence xah125.2, but I wanted to try something else out. I did notice that the mids weren't very strong until I switched the xover to "full" and used my hu. You might can try that and see if it helps
