Okay, you guys helped me on my first question, that was awesome, thanks a lot. But now, it raised another question.

This time, it is about slot style ports. How do I know how much air I need to displace with my slot port rather than my tube port?

so it isn't the volume of air? just the area of opening? so then does it matter how deep the slot is?
