slot port construction help

when making a ported box with a slot port of 3/4" mdf, what should the end in the box be shaped like to avoid port noise? should it be rounded, or cut at an angle, or just left alone shaped like a normal piece of wood with square edges?

U could sand down the edges a little to make it more round
