Sli 31 Agm X2 Batteries

ok so i went to the local batteries plus, i talked to this guy about how im going ot be putting a bigger stereo system in my car, using the AQ3500, and i do DB Drag where the car has to be off. so i was thinking of doing 2 larg batteries. now he was talkin these up on how they are the best out there, they only cost 189.99$ a piece, they do 925 CCA and 1060 CA and 100 Amps per hour, these things are quite large as well. he was telling me how they werent a dry cell, but they arent a wet cell either, they are a GEL battery, with 100% new Lead in them (no idea if its good or not)

just curious about these. the price seems perfect, but i cant find ANYTHING on the internet for them. Its made by X2, which doesnt have a website i guess. Also its not even on Battery Plus's website. just not sure what to do right now... i really want to just buy 1 and see. or would i just be wasting my money?

also what is a comparible battery to this 1000 CA? like is a Kinetic 1400 better?

so are the stats any good, i know its better than a yellow top. but what else could oyu get or that price at an even amp output?

k so i talked to a guy at a authorized kinetic dealer about this, he said it sounded just like the hc2000 untill i told him the price. lol then he was like no way its definatly not the same as any kinetic. but just looking at the specs they seem the same. i might just try one of these.

does anyone know if i put a battery bigger than the stock size in the trunk if i will move out of the street a class in DB drag?

you are allowed 800 cubic inches per battery in street B and C 650 in street A.

Its a decent price, considering there won't be any shipping charge since its local. Gel cells aren't bad, but AGM is a little better.

I would probably choose a deka intimidator over that batt, but the shipping charges would probably make the X2's a better deal.

New lead just means that the batts are made in China (not a bad thing, most car audio batts come from there). In the US the gov has much harsher restrictions on new lead so 99% of lead in US batteries are recycled lead. But in the end there is no difference if its new or recycled. Its just marketing.

it says that its an agm battery, but the guy said its a gel battery. idk what to think. ima have to find out if its in the rules for street a or not if i can have it, or else i might have to just get one smaller.
