Sky High 3-way components vs DS18 3-way components?

Has anyone heard the Sky High SH-65C3E? They look to be the same set as the DS18 deluxe dx3, but I could be wrong? I was also curious about the Sundown 2-way Sa set? How does the 3-way Hertz esk compare for $450?

I can go active but prefer to stick with passive this time.
