Skar vvx 12's quick question

Ok i love lows and was just wondering, the Fs on these subs are like 22 hz or something and the lowest tuned box i can find on the web is 32hz, my question is will using a box tuned 10 hz higher than the fs of the sub sound bad or should i try to find a lower tuned box. ps i cant build a box to save my life thanks...

if the box you found actually is 32 hz, it won't sound too bad, but depending on your definition of low, it might not be low enough. It won't make the sub sound bad, it just limits how low it will be able to go. You can have guys on here build you a box tuned to 28 or whatever you want at a competitive price for much better quality.

so do u think i could have someone build a box around 4 cubes for 2 12's for around like 200 bucks or would it be more like 300

I would think that 200 bucks would be enough money. Shipping is the killer but go ahead and shoot Pro-Rabbit a PM, Email, and hit him up on his DC creations website to get a quote. He will definately build you a quality enclosure. All the guys around here love his work. There are other guys that build solid boxes here as well but I can't remember them off the top of my head.
