Skar IX 12" box

I need a design for a Skar IX 12" sub thats tuned for most genre's of music so I would say around 35 or higher. I want it to be tuned to what you think is best for a bug, but don't want it to rattle everything in the car. I Could do sub forward and port forward or sub up port forward OR sub up port up. What ever you think is fine. Max dimensions are 13 deep 13 tall and 34 wide. It's only on 250 watts so 45s and double baffle I wouldn't think is necessary.
