Siren noise through speakers

Headunit: pioneer dehx56hd,rcas grounded!

4ch amp: sound ordnance m4050

Speakers: sound ordnance

Sub amp: kenwood 6104d

Sub: JL audio wov2

Recently I've been completely stumped with an issue in buzzing coming through all speakers! I know it's because of my head unit.i troubleshooted it down to the head unit causing the noise... Soo tried the rca ground thing and 4 different groundings in my car, haven't found solution yet! After so many hours spent on this issue I decided to give up and live with it...now comes the siren issue...Started connecting things back together and boom this intense!! Make you **** yourself siren sounding noise comes through my speakers out of nowhere it just happens never happened before! Further examination has told me it's only on certain inputs when I plug my rcas into my amp..unplugged rcas btw no noise. Pleas help I've found no forum that could help me!

Did you **** yourself...because you were getting pulled over? Must've been riding... Dirty. Might help if you just delete everything you just typed and try again.
