Sub just came in. Unfortunately I won't be able to hook it up till this weekend.
He sent the extra spring terminals I asked for to replace the one on my spl12. Unfortunately that is a failed plan since this sub came with those awful screw terminals also. I really hate those things.
Not with this. This is made for daily on 1k and under. Suspension is soft and the fs is a low 27.8 on it. Not really sure what that means but from what I understand a lower fs is good for daily subs, and higher is more for spl.
Unfortunately mach5 doesn't make a spl10. I would buy a pair in a second seeing how my 12 lasted the season.
They're subs meant for music and home theater. Not SPL subs at all, although Mark and others claim that they get pretty loud for what they are and don't need a lot of power to do so.
Screw terminals, huh? Mine both came with push terminals.
