lol @ this thread... Listen to a w7 in a good setup.... It will kill w L7 in the midrange and low end( enclosure dependent) but its not hard to do...

but i was lookin at the adire audio and can get a 15" tumult for nder 500 what about that??? is that pretty loud? never heard one

i was lookin at teh IA death penaltys but do they have any sq or are they just a straight up spl sub. this is going to be in my daily driver and i want it to not only be loud but has to sound good also. o i might pinch off a few more bucks and get a 12w7 or maybe a l7 but i want something a little more diffrent. so i still dont know yet any more ideas?

many people have had 150+ setups w 2 12 w7s.... In a daaily setup, so research ur equiptment before ya start talkin... Look at DBDrag and Termpro..... there is absolutely no comparison between the L7 and the W7.. Even tho the L7 is known as a SPL sub i guarantee it can and will be beat by W7's ....Oh yea and it'll sound 18x better doing it

15" mag, or 15" DD 9500 series would be my vote

ive yet to see many W7's put up nice numbers, but ive seen L7s put up some crazy #'s, 2 10s put up a 157, tuans 2 10s pulls a 154 easy he said, kinda hard to argue that when you looking at 500+ for W7's and around 200 for an L7

18" XXX would rock, 15" Mag, a 18" MT will change you idea on a loud setup, but would take morw watts than you might want to pay for

ive heard a pair of w7s put up a 150 on a crappy mic, but i think they get loud though, its not in the same league as the MT or anything

Well the mags would work great even with lower amounts of power. 300-600rms and they will still hit very hard. And as far as SQ goes they sound great. But the L7's will get very loud for sure. They just will lack the SQ.

c'mon man get a clue...Tuan may be the only one to pull numbers like that... @ 10L7 do 157 ????? lmao... the WR in street isnt even that .. and i believe thats street A.. Check termpro and put up a "whos done 150's w w7's thread" If ur too lazy to do that i 'll post a link for ya.. Put please dont compare 2 subs youve never even heard, and go off the hype of the "L" subs being loud..... A w7 is 10x the speaker that a fukn l7 is
