single sub setup for regular cab ram

Looks like i'm gonna get OZ Matrix Elites for the front doors, now i need a sub to go behind the console in a sealed box. I've got 800w @1ohm and want a single 12 or maybe a 15 but thats pushing it, budget is around $250. Here's what i'm considering...

Us Amps Xterminator Xt2000d, rated for 800w @1ohm. doesn't do much at higher ohm loads.

The Kicker CVX shouldn't even be named in the same breath as those 3 others.

Personally, I'd say for the Flatline.
