Single Din Wanted

(Update; I better put the potential Deal Breaker in early - I would require shipping to New Zealand)
I can fit a Double Din, but am not really negotiable, I am set on a Single. l've previously had a JVC KD-AVX11, and it seemed perfect for my needs at the time.
Now ~ten years on my needs have "evolved"...
New needs:
*An elaborate media reader (the last thing I want is FILE CANNOT BE OPENED on every second video/song)
*Bluetooth
*USB input/charging
*Pre-amp outputs for Fronts/Rears/Sub
*Video output
*Video/Camera input
*At least some level of sound quality. I'm not an Audiophile (my hearing is actually pretty mediocre), but I did have a single din JVC with a big fold out screen, however the sound quality was terrible.
