Single Din Flip Out HU

Been doing some searches, and didnt find anything of real help for me.

I am looking to spend about $400 total. Was looking to get a Flip out unit and wasnt sure what to get for around that. I would go used as well, but i was looking round techronics.com and they had some for around that

I dont really know much about these dash hu... so input would be helpful... i'd like DVD capability and Navi? But not sure how that works....

I've posted about this HU as well and no responses. It seems no one really knows anything about it.
