single 10" help

Its been a while since ive had bass in my car so im looking for some input on a 10" sub to get. ill run a ported box but try to keep it as small possible. As far as power goes i dont yet have an amp but im thinking 800watts + depending on the sub. Anyone have any ideas?

Id like to keep it under $250. I listen mostly to hip hop and will be tuning the box in the low 30hz range. Something that can get loud, hit low and still sound decent.

Fi Q 10" or even BL the Q will sound better from what I understand.

I have an X 10" and love it.
