since when are hc2400's this cheap?

Would I need a big alternator to run one of these under my hood? Mine is 80 amps. I assume this would be better then a RED TOP so im considering one. Im not sure what I can fit though. How can I check the size I can fit?

They give you dimensions, so measure your battery compartment...

And no, they do not need a larger alternator, it is a standard 12v battery.

can u run a small kinetik(hc1400)as starter battery and then some hc2400 in the back without isolator ???
yes. I might be doing a setup like that. 3 2400's in teh back and possibly the hc2000 under the hood if the 2400 wont fit.

Depending on how much amperage your running will decide on how much wire you need to get back to the other battery.
