difference between aftermarket neg. and pos. terminals?

i need to pick up some new terminals and i was looking at the jl 1/0 gauge ones. the neg and pos. look the same. i cant see why there would be a difference as long as the have the same amount of output/inputs. can anybody tell me why these wouldnt be interchangeable? thanks

Positive and negative battery posts are two different sizes.

Positive is slightly larger.
