Actually (and I own and like those comps) I think they would not be the best choice for this guy who says he listens to a lot of rap.

I own the Ef-61 CF and i think they sound actually pretty **** good for rap. With artists who use multiple bass lines, like TI, they really sound gooooood. (Don't distort at high volumes at all) However they really really shine with more "musical" types of music such as with acoustical instruments. Hotel California live has never sounded this good.

I would say go with the pair i have in my sig, you wont be disappointed, run a good 150 watts and ull be set. Bought mine from DjDillioDon from this forum.

Cant speak for the FG's though.
