Simple,probably dumb question

This is probably the box that im gonna go with for my kicker l7 15...........My question is............i know in these plans it shows the holes for two speakers on that one side..........can i run the 15 in this box but just mount it in a different location since it wont fit on the piece where it shows the speakers holes

well the box is only 12.5 inches high.

dont know, can't tell from the pic. to tune lower, the port is longer.
